Welcome to Teamsters Local 414! Although you are not officially members yet, with some work we can make it happen. We will be setting up meetings in the near future. Attached is the National Addendum for you to look at. Once we get enough cards signed we will request an election under Article 6 of the Addendum. If you are successful at election you will receive the benefits spelled out in the Addendum. After the election is won we will help you negotiate a local contract to address you specific issues not spelled out in the Addendum. Let's get this Organizing Drive under way!
